Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is all about recuperation and relaxation. Passive stretching and gentle movement is the focus of this class. Asana’s are held for long periods of time to give the nervous system space to shift from “Fight or Flight” to “Rest and Digest”. Restorative Yoga is suitable for any skill level. 

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a balancing style of yoga. It incorporates both active and passive modes of stretching in order to balance the body, mind and energy of the practitioner. Asana’s are held for moderate lengths of time, while some groups of muscles are contracting and others are relaxing. Hatha Yoga is suitable for any skill level.

Ashtanga Yoga

The discipline of Ashtanga inspired Yoga aims to balance and increase strength, flexibility, focus and stamina using a specific sequence of asanas, breathing, energy locks and focus points. These classes suit any skill level but are considered high intensity, please bring a towel and water.
